中文Confidentiality Agreement
A Confidentiality Agreement is a legal document between two or more parties, in which at least one of the parties agrees not to disclose certain information.
By using this document, you can choose to adopt either a mutual confidentiality obligation or a one-way confidentiality obligation.
The Agreement specifies the scopes of certain information that are not allowed to disclose to anybody else, the confidential period, the possible liabilities, and all other necessary terms.
