Express mirror Wills are usually used to allow two people to create almost identical wills that leave their entire assets to each other. By adopting an express mirror will, you have the option to:
- choose whether the estate should flow either to the other spouse’s children or to the testator’s children and whether step-children are included within the definition of “children” in your will; and
- include a testamentary discretionary trust deed to appoint a Trustees for the assets you left.
