中文IP License Agreement
An IP License Agreement is entered between an IP rights Owner (‘Licensor’) and one or more than one person who are authorised to use the IP rights (‘Licensee’).
It is a legal document regulating the manner of a license, the monetary consideration, details of the IP rights, the rights, and obligations of both Licensor and Licensee.
By using this service, you can add up to five Licensors and five Licensees. In the case that multiple Licensors or Licensees exist, their rights and obligations are jointly and severally held.
