Will with Testamentary Discretionary Trust Deed
A will is a legal instrument that explains how your estate, which consists of everything you own, will be distributed after you pass away. It is recommended to have a Testamentary Discretionary Trust Deed as part of the Will as it would:
- appoint a Trustee who has absolute discretion either to accumulate the income within the Trust or to pay the income to any of the potential beneficiaries; and
- help the beneficiaries to minimise the income tax on the income of Investment of the Trust Capital.
