Simple Will
What is a will?
A will is a written declaration that sets out how your property will be distributed at the date of the testator’s death. The testator is the person who makes the will. A will may appoint an executor: to administer the testator’s estate; to discharge liabilities; and to distribute the property as directed to the beneficiaries. Often beneficiaries are children and close relatives.
