This automated parenting order solution uses top-tier level drafting power and flexibility to customise a set of orders for parenting arrangements for one or more children under Part VII of the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). Suitable for use in both the Family Court of Australia (as consent orders) or in the Federal Circuit Court (as part of an Initiating Application or Application in a Case).

The Parenting Order will consider essential parenting concerns such as:
